Design and implementation of training programmes for skill development
Stages of cooperation
1st stage: Diagnosis status
In the first stage of cooperation is the diagnosis of the situation with a view to identify the skills that need improvement. Depending on the needs of each member, the diagnosis may include (a) a discussion face-to-face (b) on-site observation (c) use diagnostic questionnaire 360-degree d) use of a questionnaire of knowledge
Stage 2: Selection of actions
At the second stage debate on the alternative actions with a view to the development of the skills identified in stage 1. Such actions can be: group training, and monitoring workshop, individual coaching sessions, mentoring, e-learning etc. For example, for the improvement of teamwork, you may need a combination of actions, such as classroom training, an e-learning and some individual coaching sessions.
3rd stage: Implementation
In the third stage, the agreed actions are implemented. Here, the interested party can be trained through a group training program in the classroom or online, reflect and make changes through coaching sessions, attend an e-learning and read a relevant book or article to strengthen his/her knowledge. The combination of actions that will be selected is different in each case. At this stage, the opportunity is given to combine theory with practice.
4th stage: Measurement
The fourth stage is carried out the measurement of the effectiveness of the action at the following levels (model Kirkpatrick). The participants are invited to answer questions on the following:
- Degree of satisfaction: What did they like it?
- Measurement of knowledge: learned What?
- Behavior: What's changed? What is use of what they learned?
- Results: What is the effect on the body?
- ROI: What are the economic benefits?
5th stage: Results
In the fifth and last stage are presented the results of the program and discussed the next steps with the staff member.

People development and support roles
In the context of skills development and personal development, different roles contribute to supporting individuals and organizations. The following are indicative:
Coach: The coach supports people in achieving goals, utilizing their internal and external resources. Through targeted questions and active listening, he/she helps the person increase self-awareness, identify solutions and take action. Coaching focuses mainly on the present and the future, enhancing performance and continuous development, without relying on providing ready-made answers.
Mentor: A mentor is a more experienced individual in a specific field who offers guidance, advice, coaching and knowledge transfer by drawing on their personal background and experience. The mentoring relationship is usually more directive and long-term compared to coaching and training relationships and can support professional development, decision-making and understanding of the organizational environment.
Trainer: The trainer focuses on the transmission of knowledge and the development of specific skills through an organized educational process. He/She designs and implements training programs, using appropriate learning methods, with the aim of improving performance and the practical application of knowledge.
Supervisor (Supervisor): The supervisor supports professionals such as coaches, mentors and trainers, through a structured supervision process. The aim is to ensure the quality of their work, their professional development and the management of challenges or ethical issues. Through reflection and discussion of real incidents, each professional enhances effectiveness, identifies areas for improvement and maintains high standards of practice.
: The mental health counselor supports individuals in understanding and managing emotional, psychological and behavioral issues. Through specialized studies and approaches, they help the individual process experiences, strengthen their mental resilience and improve their overall well-being. The interest of the discussion focuses on past events.

Supervision | Εποπτεία

Supervision for Coaches, Mentors, Trainers, Supervisors & Leaders
Thinking Partner | Co-vision & Reflective Supervision
In the context of individual and group supervision sessions, I offer a safe and dynamic space, where thought, emotion and action coexist (Think – Feel – Act), allowing coaches, mentors, trainers, supervisors and leaders to learn, develop and flourish professionally.
Supervision, for me, is not simply a process of guidance or control, it is a living relationship of thinking and co-creation (thinking partnership), where the professional has a stable companion to reflect, evolve and be empowered within his/her practice.
My journey with supervision has profound personal and professional significance. My professional experience from my early years working in a multinational environment showed me the transformative influence that a supportive supervisor has in creating a climate of trust, recognizing value, guiding through mistakes without invalidating, in order to provide space for growth. There I experienced for the first time what it means to «flourish» through difficulties while operating in a supportive framework. Conversely, when this was lacking, I saw how easily a professional career path can become dysfunctional, lonely and limiting.
This is why today I choose to serve in the role of supervisor of new coaches, mentors, and supervisors to create a safe and dynamic space at every critical stage of professional development.
My approach is based on an advanced form of supervision that combines supervision with co-vision: a collaborative, empowering and reflective relationship, which cultivates presence, authenticity and mutual growth. Supervision thus becomes a field where experience is transformed into awareness and awareness into meaningful action.
The three main dimensions of supervision:
- Formative (Developmental): I foster continuous learning, understanding and broadening of perspective through reflective questions and new connections.
- Normative (Normative): I support professional integrity, ethical awareness and quality of practice, within a framework of high standards.
- Restorative (Supportive): I create a space of psychological safety that enhances resilience, emotional balance and professional care.
The supervision sessions I provide combine a flexible and structured way of working where I seek to:
- Emphasize the depth of the relationship and not just the structure
- Cultivate a high level of self-awareness and reflection.
- I use myself as a tool (cognitively, emotionally) and utilize body awareness as a source of information in the process.
- I move from "doing" to "being", cultivating the awareness that leads to conscious action
- I understand the broader system (professional - client - organization) and work with the dynamics of the relationship with ethical awareness and sensitivity.
- I capitalize on diversity and experiences from different schools and supervisors
What I offer as a Thinking Partner / Co-visor / Supervisor
My goal is to provide a safe, confidential and reflective space where every coach, mentor, trainer or leader can:
- reflect on his practice
- recognize what works and what needs development
- process challenges and professional dynamics
- develop consistently and deeply
- strengthen its presence and effectiveness
The supervision I offer is a space of co-creation, where professional development is connected to personal evolution and learning becomes a living, experiential and evolving experience, through which a more conscious, healthy and professional environment is cultivated.
